Hebrew is integrated into all J-Quest programming. Students begin learning Jewish Life Vocabulary, Hebrew letters, and Hebrew Through Movement as early as Kindergarten. Our focus is on teaching the skills necessary for active and meaningful participation in home observances and religious services.
Beginning in third grade, additional class time is devoted to Hebrew language and prayer acquisition. We invite and encourage all J-Quest students to participate in J-Quest Hebrew.
Students who elect to be called to the Torah as Bar/Bat Mitzvah are required to participate in J-Quest Hebrew IN ADDITION to J-Quest Judaic programming.
Hebrew learning opportunities for our 2023-24 year will be available soon.

Temple Jeremiah fully understands and embraces the need to accommodate a student with special needs. We want every Hebrew student to have a positive school experience. If your child has any learning differences and/or an Independent Education Plan (IEP), please be sure to share this information with Matt Rissien, Director of Congregational Learning.
We are proud to have genuine, caring teachers on our staff in our Center for Learning. Our educators are focused on making classes engaging, interactive and fun. They listen to parents to understand how each child learns and take action to accommodate the needs of the class. Find your child’s J-Quest teacher contact information.
The safety of our children is our first priority.
Our circle drive in front of Temple (on Happ Road) is needed for emergencies so never drop children off or park on our front circle. Stay in the car and drop off or pick up your children in the South Lot. Walk in for drop off or pick up by parking in our North Lot.
Please review our complete traffic instructions, so everyone remains safe.
