J-Quest Sundays
for students in K-  10th grades

Sundays 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

J-Quest Hebrew
for students in 4th – 6th grades

Hebrew classes, for children in 4th through 6th grades, take place virtually in small groups one day per week. You choose either:

Monday Class 4:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. OR
Wednesday Class 4:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We would like to give everyone their first choice, but cannot always accomodate every request. Teacher recommendations, availability, class sizes that are educationally sound, are only a few guidelines used when putting class lists together. Please register online as soon as registration is open. Once Hebrew and Religious School classes are full, you will need to accept the open day/session. Please take time to provide insight into your child’s special needs or anything we should know. Alerting a teacher to a child who receives Special Education services, for example, can mean that the teacher gives more individual attention and understanding. Temple Jeremiah wants your child to be happy here and thrive. We appreciate your cooperation and support. Please let us know if your child wants to be placed with a friend (or two, max). We will try to accommodate your request.

TUITION

2021-2022 School Year

J-Quest Sundays (fees paid by August 31, 2020*)

K-6th Grades
$600 per student

7th-9th Grades
$460 per student

10th Grade Confirmation
$680 per student

J-Quest Hebrew (fees paid by August 31, 2021*)

First – Fourth Year Hebrew (3rd-6th Grades meeting weekly)
$750 per student

*after August 31st a $50 processing fee will be assessed per class

Post-Confirmation

With Rabbi Cohen, meeting on Sundays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (meeting six Sundays/year)

Please be sure to update your financial status with bookkeeping prior to registration. Previous balances must be addressed before your child can be placed in a class.

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Complete our online school registration.
If you have not yet registered on our Shul Cloud system, you will be prompted to get an account so that you can enroll your children.

Registration steps:

  1.  Go to My Account and click on school enrollment
  2. Your children’s’ names will come up and you may click on the drop-down menu to choose their grades.
  3. Once you choose the grade, course options will become available. Select classes for each child.
  4. The amount of your required deposit will be noted. You must save this page to save your choices.
  5. The next page will ask you for additional required information (i.e. emergency contacts, allergy, friendship requests, etc.).
    Once completed, proceed to the blue box at the bottom to make your payment.
  6. The final page is the payment page. There is a $75 deposit for this school term to complete registration.
  7. Once completed, you will receive an email from the system to confirm that you have properly enrolled your children.

Helpful reminders for the registration process:

  • Each page must be completed to move on to the next.
  • Include any information that could be helpful for our teaching staff (including any allergies).
  • Include the name of the school your child will be attending in the fall.
  • Make any special requests you have regarding friendships, teaching preferences, etc. on the form
  • Don’t wait to register. You can always make a change if your child’s schedule has a conflict.
