Enjoy a feeling of connection and belonging on Friday nights at Temple Jeremiah.

Our Kabbalat Shabbat program is an early evening service welcoming Shabbat. Our worship begins with an informal reception at 6:00 p.m. featuring snacks, followed by a beautiful Shabbat service at 6:30 p.m. The services consist mostly of music and are the perfect way to begin Shabbat.

H(OUR) Shabbat worship services are held the third Friday of the month from fall to summer. This uplifting musical service is for congregants of all ages – from toddlers to seniors. We sing new and familiar melodies, enjoy the guitar and hear stories. We begin with an Oneg (reception) at 6:00 p.m. prior to services.

TEFILAH AND TORAH
8:30 a.m. Tefilah
9:30 a.m. Torah Study

We welcome you to join us at Tefilah or Torah Study or both! Connect to Torah and to the temple community in a casual and inclusive environment. Tefilah (prayer) is our informal, participatory Shabbat morning worship that includes a chance to hear Torah read, say Mi Shebeirach and the Kaddish. For Torah Study, come to Temple for bagels and coffee while learning and discussing the weekly Torah portion. Drop-ins are welcome. No preparation or previous experience required. Just bring and be yourself!
