No Shame on U, a Chicago-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking the stigma associated with mental health, is hosting a slate of free, virtual programs to provide mental health support during this trying time. Check out some of their events below:

Virtual Yoga
Tuesday, April 21, 4pm to 4:30pm CDT
Join Mara M. Zimmerman, CYT, CHS as she leads you in a 30 minute virtual yoga class with a special focus on mental well-being and mindfulness. Take the time to calm your mind and strengthen your body. All are welcome.

Support Group: Caring for Loved Ones Living in a Residential Setting

Facilitated by Bonnie Lane, M.S., this Zoom sessions will provide you with an opportunity to share personal experiences, feelings, and coping strategies as they relate to taking care of yourself and your loved one residing in a facility.

Grieving a Loss to Suicide
Thursday, April 23, 7pm to 7:30pm CDT
A free monthly drop-in group for adults in the Jewish community and beyond who are navigating the world after the loss of a loved one to suicide.
