High Holy Days – FAQ

As we approach the beginning of the New Year, Rosh HaShanah, we are grateful that you will celebrate the High Holy Days with us. Below is information that will help answer some of the more frequently asked questions.

The COVID Advisory Task Force updated our policies as of March 15th, 2022. Temple Jeremiah no longer requires masks or proof of vaccination to enter. Please stay home if you are experiencing potential COVID-19 symptoms and be kind to those who choose to wear a mask for their own or others’ safety.

Our worship experiences will be in a multi-access format. Congregants and guests can worship in-person or via live stream. Worship options will also take place under a large tent in our South parking lot. We encourage you and your family to choose options that make you feel most comfortable. Visit our High Holy Day schedule for all worship times, locations, and links.

All of our worship experiences will be live-streamed on YouTube. Specific links will be emailed and texted to the congregation prior to the start of each worship experience. You can visit our YouTube channel and save it as a favorite on your internet browser to make the process of viewing easier. Recordings will also be available after the live experience has concluded on our YouTube channel.

In order to provide a safe environment for those worshipping under the tent, we will be closing the South parking lot to everyone except staff who will remain at Temple all day. The North lot will be available for parking, as well as the East side of Happ Road. Please note we will not allow cars to park in the North lot until it is clear of cars from earlier services. Police will be present to help direct traffic and answer questions.

For those attending in person, please wear the provided name badges. This is a security protocol and allows us to safely welcome those who are joining us both inside and outside for worship.

For more information about our services, please visit our High Holy Days main page. We look forward to seeing you on Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur and sharing another wonderful year with you and your family.
