Make Temple Jeremiah your family’s second home!
We have many worship programs and activities for your family happening year-round at Temple Jeremiah. From our monthly Tot Shabbat Worship, to holiday celebrations, and so much more, we have something for everyone!
Taking place at 6:00 p.m. on the first Friday of Every Month, each Shabbat experience includes an introduction to Shabbat specifically for little ones, songs, complimentary pizza dinner, snacks, and crafts or play time.
Preschoolers and their families are invited to join our clergy on the bimah as we welcome in the weekly day of rest. This program gives our tots the opportunity to sing songs, listen to stories, and recite the Shabbat blessings. Bring your little ones for a fun, warm introduction to the joys of Shabbat.

Kesher Shabbat: Connecting Elementary Aged Children to Each Other and Shabbat
Did your family love Tot Shabbat? The first Friday of the month isn’t just for tots anymore! Join us for Kesher Shabbat, which continues the connection of our elementary aged kids and their families to each other and Shabbat!
Every first Friday of the Month beginning on January 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
We hope to see you there to enjoy the same family friendly programming of Tot Shabbat you have grown to love, aimed at slightly older children. But, of course, we will still begin with a complimentary pizza dinner!
For more information or to RSVP, please contact Naomi Segal at email@example.com or at 847.441.5760 ext. 112.

Pre-Kindergarten Class/Parent-Tot Program
Sunday mornings throughout the school year, form 9:00-10:45 a.m.
For children in the year prior to kindergarten. This wonderful program is an opportunity for your child to participate in an introduction to religious school. Our goal is for children to have the chance to become acclimated to religious school while sharing the experience with their parents. Each class has its own theme: The High Holy Days, Shabbat, Passover, etc. Each class is an hour and forty-five minutes and includes stories, art projects, music, cooking, an introduction to Hebrew words and a snack.
Each year, Temple Jeremiah families gather to celebrate Purim at our Purim Schpiel and Carnival. Kids (and adults too!) dress up in their favorite costumes and enjoy a fanciful rendition of the Purim story put on by our Temple Jeremiah clergy and members. Each year the story is told to a different theme – whether it’s Beauty and the Beast or Mary Poppins – it is fun for the whole family! Following our Purim Schpiel, temple families enjoy our carnival filled with games, prizes, moon bounce, food, and fun!
