JeTY Youth Lounge
Hey JeTYites, looking for a comfy place to lounge before or after religious school, or whenever you happen to be in the temple? Well the Youth Lounge is open to you! Find a spot on the couch, work on a puzzle, play a game, grab a snack. This is your home at Jeremiah! There is also information posted in the lounge on upcoming programs, camping trips and programs to Israel, social action (tikkun olam) opportunities and resources for projects. Stop by and hang out!

Nosh & Mingle
Nosh & Mingle is our chance for 3rd-7th graders to come have a snack and hang out in the youth lounge before Hebrew school. A great change is happening to Nosh & Mingle that you should know about: we are going healthy! Each week, a healthy snack will be provided for free, as well as water. Students will also have the chance to purchase treats (chips, cookies, pop, etc) for 50 cents per item. Parents, know your child will be able to have a healthy snack before Hebrew school each week, and you can send your child with a little money to purchase a treat if you desire. And as always, foosball, board games, puzzles, and other great activities will ensure a fun time is had by all! Contact Rabbi Rachel Heaps at rabbiheaps@templejeremiah.org with any questions.

Post B’nai Mitzvah age young people volunteer as aides at Religious and Hebrew School. Contact the school office at anne.kaplan@templejeremiah.org for more information.

Shir Joy Youth Choir
Shir Joy is open to all 3rd through 6th graders who like to sing. To learn more, visit our Adult and Youth Choirs page.

College Connection
Help us stay in touch with your college student. Contact Anne Kaplan at anne.kaplan@templejeremiah.org for a College Connection form and return it to temple so we can send your student gifts and packages on religious holidays and other times during the year. There is a $60 charge to defray shipping costs. We would also like your child’s school name, college address, email, cell phone and major so he or she can be a resource for a Temple Jeremiah junior or senior who is interested in your child’s college or field of interest. This information will be made available for Temple Jeremiah congregants only.
