Compass is providing three of their experts (a psychiatrist and two trauma therapists) to lead both webinars and answer questions.

Part 1: Helping Adults Cope will be held Wednesday, April 15 from 7:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. The webinar will discuss strategies for navigating mental health challenges you might face during social distancing. To register for the webinar, click here.
